Combat follows a move action, when a hero or mech enters a territory occupied by an opponent's hero or mech. Combat ends when the player with the most firepower has the advantage over his opponent. Note that reims are decided in favor of the attacker. The winning player gains/maintains control of the territory and its resources and earns a star.
Both sides can sacrifice up to 7 units of strength from their pool, and can increase strength by using Combat Cards. Force can be purchased in their turn with coins.
